Getting in touch with us here at National-Lottery.com couldn't be easier. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 48 hours, however you can also reach us on social media.

Can you check my ticket?

Unfortunately we are not able to check tickets on an individual basis either by email or post. Head over to the Results page to see the winning numbers for the lottery in question.

How do I log in to my account?

National-Lottery.com does not currently allow users to create accounts, as it is an independent results service from National Lotteries around the world.

You should visit your local National Lottery website to access your account or, if you have created an account on a betting website such as Jackpot.com, you will need to sign in to your account on their website.

How do I see my Direct Debit tickets?

As National-Lottery.com does not sell tickets directly, it is not possible to create a Direct Debit with us.

If you have a Direct Debit with your National Lottery provider, you will need to sign in to your account on their website to view your tickets.

I think I may have received a scam message, what should I do?

If you are unsure of the validity of a message or email that you have received, you should not respond to it.

It's worth noting that it is not possible to win a lottery prize unless you have purchased a ticket. This can either be done in-store at a local lottery retailer or online through a licensed and regulated website.

No official lottery operator would ever contact you to demand money upfront, also known as 'release fees' or any other kind of wording that involves you sending them money. If you receive such a message - it is a scam.

If you've received a scam email, the best thing to do is to block the sender to prevent them from sending any further emails to you.

You should not, under any circumstances, send any personal or financial information to someone that you are suspicious of. If you have an online lottery account, you may be contacted by the operator in the event of a big win, however they will not request any financial details from you over the phone.

If you have sent details to a potential scammer, you should contact your local fraud authorities for assistance. If you've sent financial information, you should contact your bank immediately to inform them.
