Will the Lotto Jackpot be Won Again Tonight?
Last Updated: Monday 15th October 2012, 13:00
Although the EuroMillions has been stealing all of the lottery headlines lately we should turn our attention to the Lotto as the jackpot in this lottery has been won for the last eight draws. The Lotto jackpot hasn’t rolled over since the 14th July, therefore since the 18th July the top prize in this lottery has been won every draw so the question everyone is asking today is will the Lotto jackpot be won again tonight?
Tonight’s Lotto jackpot is estimated at £2.1 million and if any ticket holders manage to match the six numbers drawn in the Lotto results tonight they will not only become millionaires overnight but they will also carry on the winning streak and become the ninth Lotto jackpot winners.
In the past eight Lotto draws there has only been two draw machines used and these are Guinevere and Lancelot. Out of the eight times the Lotto jackpot has been won in a row Lancelot has been used just three times whereas Guinevere has been in play for an impressive five jackpot wins, therefore we will have to wait and see which machine will be used in tonight’s draw.
For players who are yet to purchase their tickets for tonight’s draw it might be interesting to know that the most often drawn numbers in this lottery are 38, 44, 23, 40, 25 and 43.
Whether any of these numbers will be drawn in the Lotto results tonight remains to be seen but if you fancy winning this mid-week Lotto jackpot then make sure you have your tickets ready because you never know, you could strike lucky and become the next Lotto jackpot winner!
