Prepare for an Upcoming £110 Million EuroMilions Superdraw!
Last Updated: Friday 24th January 2025, 11:54
EuroMillions fans, get ready! The next Superdraw is set for Friday, 7th March, with an incredible jackpot of £110 million (€130 million) up for grabs.
What’s So Special About Superdraws?
Superdraws are rare and highly anticipated, occurring only a few times a year. The jackpot is boosted to incredible sums and they have been responsible for some of the biggest European lottery jackpots ever!
They work in the same way as the regular EuroMillions draws - except the jackpot sum is a guaranteed figure (it doesn’t matter if the top prize was won in the previous draw or not). That means the prize doesn't reset and huge prizes are guaranteed.
Since the draw rules remain the same, you will have to match the five main numbers and the two Lucky Star numbers to win the top prize. The price of the ticket is the same and you have the exact same odds of winning. Money for the Superdraw comes from a Reserve Fund which is why they have such boosted jackpots!
If no one wins the prize in the first draw then the jackpot will keep rolling over until it is eventually won or if it reaches its cap of €250 million! Whatever happens, one or more lucky players in Europe are about to become multi-milionaires!
Why We Love Superdraws
European Superdraws have seen some incredible moments throughout the continent. With nine European countries taking part, we have a diverse selection of winning stories.
The last EuroMillions Superdraw took place on 27th September 2024 and rolled over until a Spanish player, from the town of Derio, Vizcaya, picked up a total estimated £135 million!
While Spain has seen a number of impressive wins, it is the UK who hold the biggest jackpots - with five of the top ten biggest EuroMillions winners coming from the UK.
The UKs biggest winner picked up an incredible £195 million on 19th July 2022 but has chosen to keep their identity a secret.
The last UK winner after a Superdraw came on 26th January 2024 where the jackpot rolled over a few weeks - until the spoils were shared between a UK player and one from Spain - each getting around £61 million.
Maybe the UK is due another win, or could it go to another country such as Luxembourg or Ireland? Could the jackpot be won in the first instance, or will it surpass the biggest ever jackpot win, which went to a lucky player from Austria.
All these questions will be answered on the 7th March. You can play EuroMillions every Tuesday and Friday to prepare for the big event before getting involved in the Superdraw!
