UK Lottery players have certainly been spoiled this weekend with rollovers on both the UK Lotto and Euromillions Lottery and the rollover trend looked set to continue as the Euromillions Lottery rolled over on Friday evening. Well that has certainly come true as no winning tickets matched all the winning numbers in last night’s UK Lotto draw creating a double rollover for Wednesday evening!
Despite high-ticket sales for last night’s UK Lotto draw, no tickets matched all six winning numbers. The jackpot, an estimated £7 million, hit £7.5 million, which now rolls over to create an estimated £10 million for Wednesday night.
Arthur was the lottery machine that proved unlucky for lottery players and set of balls numbers five was used. Not everyone was unlucky however, as the lottery gave away a massive £10 million in lower division prizes.
Fifteen lucky players matched five main balls and the bonus ball and each of those players walk away with over £100,000. There were many smaller winners too and you can see if you were one of those by checking out our lottery results page.
You can buy lottery tickets now for the midweek double rollover, which at £10 million has to be worth a couple of lucky dips, even if you’re not a regular lottery player.
If Wednesday night’s jackpot is not won then the UK Lotto will be celebrating a triple rollover, only the sixth in the history of the draw. Good luck on Wednesday evening and don’t forget to check back for all the lottery results and news.
