Lotto Ticket Wins £7.1 Million Jackpot

On Saturday night there was a Lotto rollover jackpot on offer to win so many players were crossing their fingers and hoping to strike lucky in this weekend draw. This was the case as the results show that one Lotto ticket matched the six numbers drawn to win the £7.1 million jackpot. This jackpot was originally estimated at £6.4 million but due to ticket sales the jackpot rose up to an impressive £7,105,939 in Saturday’s draw.
No information is known about this lucky Lotto winner so whether the ticket was purchased alone of as part of a syndicate remains to be seen. All that is known is that they matched all six numbers drawn in the Lotto results to scoop this life-changing prize money so it will be interesting to see if they come forward or not.
This wasn’t the only winner on Saturday night as in total there were just over 462,000 players that won a prize by matching some of the numbers drawn in the Lotto results. If you haven’t seen already then the numbers drawn on Saturday night were 14, 26, 30, 32, 36, 48 and the Bonus Ball was 15. Ten ticket holders matched five numbers along with Bonus Ball to each win £148,215, 22,762 players matched four numbers to win £89 and then over 439,000 matched three numbers to win £10.
Whether or not this latest Lotto jackpot winner will come forward to claim their desired prize remains to be seen, but if they do come forward then it will most likely happen sometime this week.
