UK Ticket Wins EuroMillions Jackpot

Friday night proved lucky for a EuroMillions ticket holder and the results from this draw show that one UK ticket won the EuroMillions jackpot. By matching the five plus two combination drawn in the results on Friday this lucky ticket holder scooped the jackpot that was worth £37,827,314.60. All that is known about this lucky EuroMillions jackpot winner is that they have already claimed their prize however whether they will come forward or not to claim their winnings in a press conference remains to be seen.

Although this jackpot was won by one ticket it is unknown yet whether it was purchased by an individual or as part of a syndicate. This EuroMillions jackpot winner has become the first top prize winner in this lottery for September 2012 so it will be interesting to see if any more UK ticket holders can win the jackpot this month.

UK ticket holders have had a very lucky year in the EuroMillions and now after this jackpot win it brings the total amount of UK EuroMillions jackpot wins for this year to an impressive eight.
