Two Share the UK Lotto

Straight off the back of the Euromillions Lottery rollover on Friday evening was the UK Lotto draw for Saturday, but there was no rollover there as two lucky players shared the UK Lotto jackpot of £4.6 million. That gives each lucky lottery winner £2.3 million each, a very nice share we’re sure you’d agree.
Shared jackpots seem to be becoming popular on the UK Lotto and that means that quite often the lottery has such a large share that becoming a millionaire for matching all six winning numbers isn’t always guaranteed.
No details about the winners have yet been released so if you haven’t yet checked the lottery results then now is the time to do so as you could be one of the lucky lottery players to share the jackpot. Estimated at £4.5 million, the UK Lotto beat expectations and offered a jackpot of £4,605,336. That gives each winner £2,302,668.
The next UK Lotto draw will be held on Wednesday evening and the estimated jackpot for that draw is £2.5 million, who knows how high that will actually get in the event.
We’re guessing that with the Euromillions Lottery rollover, jackpots on the UK Lotto might not be as high as usual this week as players choose the £26 million rollover. With that being ten times higher than the UK Lotto jackpot, who could blame them? And of course Euromillions Lottery players also have the chance at the Millionaire Raffle, a secondary draw included in the ticket price where one UK lottery player is guaranteed to win £1 million on each and every Euromillions Lottery draw whether the jackpot is won or not.
