Last Updated: Monday 4th July 2016, 12:32
A single ticket holder has picked up a Lotto jackpot worth £14.6 million in last Saturday’s draw, having matched the six main numbers of 3, 9, 16, 19, 24 and 43 to scoop the life-changing prize.
Another seven ticket holders matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball (which was 13) to win £12,963 each. Other prizes awarded to players in the main game ranged from a Free Lucky Dip for matching two main numbers up to £424 for matching five main numbers.
Saturday’s draw also created a second big winner, as a single ticket matched the winning Lotto Millionaire Raffle code of PLUM 04947662 to pocket £1 million. Another 20 raffle codes worth £20,000 were also drawn out, and you can find full details from the weekend’s Lotto game at the Results page.
This is the 11th Lotto jackpot won so far in 2016, and comes just a fortnight after a ticket holder snapped up £21 million on Wednesday 15th June. This latest win is also the first win on a Saturday since the 16th of April, when John Bowman of Forfar in Scotland picked up £10.3 million after changing his usual lines to include numbers from 50 to 59.
The Lotto jackpot for this Wednesday is worth an estimated £2.1 million, with the usual Lotto Millionaire Raffle prize also up for grabs. Don’t forget to buy tickets before sales stop at 7.30pm BST for your chance to win a fortune and spend the rest of your summer relaxing on a beach as Britain continues to be soaked through with rain. Good luck!
