Alastair’s wife, Isobel likes to watch the lottery draws live on the BBC and so settled down to watch the Thunderball draw on March 5th. When she begun jumping around the room and screaming for joy, Mr Cameron didn’t believe her, but after checking the Thunderball results himself, he could hardly believe their luck.
Mr Cameron is a train driver, and despite this life-changing lottery win, has no intentions of quitting work, his wife is looking forward to living a more relaxing life, and she is to quit her job and take early retirement at 56.
The Thunderball Lottery has become very popular with lottery players, especially since the jackpot was increased to £500,000. It’s a huge amount of cash, just as the Cameron’s, who are now planning to pay off their mortgage, buy a new car and have a trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas!
This couple have played the lottery since it launched in 1994, but have never won a significant amount of cash, all that has changed now and we’d like to say congratulations!
