Players get ready for midweek Lotto rollover

Last Updated: Friday 16th January 2015, 09:30

Last night’s Lotto draw signified the end of the first week of Lotto Plus 5 draws, and what a great week it’s been for lottery winners. That luck didn’t seem to tip over into last night’s main Lotto draw though and no one scooped the jackpot. Now players better get ready for the midweek Lotto rollover as it’s worth an estimated £7 million! Here are all the details about last night’s Lotto draw and all the details of the Lotto Plus 5 from its first week of play.

Arthur was the lottery machine used in last night’s Lotto draw and it was set of balls number 8 used to select the winning numbers. Ticket sales were high for the draw and the jackpot was worth £4.8 million but despite high ticket sales, no one matched all the winning numbers to scoop the jackpot. Eighteen players managed to match five and the bonus, each collecting over £82,000 and in all, over £9 million was paid out in prize money. With no jackpot winner, the midweek lottery draw is now likely to be well over £7 million so make sure you have your lottery tickets for that draw.

We’d recommend you also click the Plus 5 option on your lottery tickets for the chance to be a £250,000 winner every night there isn’t a lottery draw. This week, one £250,000 winner has been found on the Lotto Plus 5 and plenty of smaller winners have collected cash too!

Don’t forget your tickets for Wednesday night!
