One Millionaire on the midweek Lotto

Have you checked last night’s lottery results yet? If not then it’s time to match those six magical numbers as there was just one millionaire created on the midweek lotto. Just one lottery player matched all the winning numbers and collects £2.3 million from the National Lottery after last night’s draw. It’s not quite as high as some of the UK Lottery jackpots have been of late, but we’re sure it won’t be a disappointment to the winner who has become the UK’s newest lottery millionaire.

The lottery machine Lancelot was chosen for the draw, the fourth time in a row it has been used, and it’s proved lucky for lottery players as the last four draws have also found a winner. The set of balls used was number 7, last seen on Wednesday 3rd November and the two combined proved lucky for the one jackpot winner who matched all six winning numbers.

In total £7.8 million is to be paid out by the National Lottery after last night’s draw, with the next biggest winners after the jackpot collecting over £100,000 each for matching five and the bonus.

The next big lottery event in the UK is Friday’s Euromillions draw and it’s a rollover.
