Euromillions rolls for third time

The UK Lotto draw took place last night, and you can check the Lotto results now to find out what the winning numbers were. But it’s another substantial lottery event this week that has caught the eye of lottery players, the Euromillions Lottery draw has rolled for a third time, completely overshadowing the UK Lotto with an estimated £40 million jackpot for the weekend!

Let’s hope the triple rollover draw proves luckier for UK players than the midweek draw, in which UK Euromillions players drew in a dismal £1.1 million from the bumper prize pool.

The jackpot on Tuesday evening reached £29.7 million but with no one matching all the winning numbers it’s likely to be as high as £40 million by Friday evening’s triple rollover draw. However, UK lottery players couldn’t even manage the second tier prize, not one of the nine second prize winners was from the UK, which means the biggest UK winner in the main draw was the single player who scooped £29,040 for matching just the five main balls.

Thankfully the Millionaire Raffle winner will be at least one winner walking away with a life-changing Euromillions prize. With a £1 million prize, that player wins almost as much as all the other UK winners put together!
